Job Title: Marketing & Sales Executive
Location: Baner, Pune
Experience: 1–2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Baner. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a passion for customer engagement, lead generation, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through various channels (cold calling, emails, social media, events).
Visit prospective clients to pitch products/services and close deals.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract potential customers.
Track and report sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
Assist in promotional activities, exhibitions and branding initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in marketing and/or sales (preferably in IT or service domain).
Good knowledge of digital marketing basics is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, energetic and target-driven.
Good command of MS Office and CRM tools.
