Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage field marketing activities, including product promotions, sales visits, and customer meetings. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services. Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in B2C marketing or related field (pharmaceutical industry preferred). Bachelor's degree in any specialization (e.g., B.Pharma, B.Sc). Strong understanding of b2c marketing principles, sales promotion techniques, and management skills. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
