Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth for IT staffing and consulting services.
Create and manage digital marketing campaigns including LinkedIn, email marketing, and other channels to generate leads.
Enhance the companys online presence through content marketing, blogs, website management, and social media engagement.
Coordinate with the business development team to create client-focused marketing presentations, and case studies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
Manage branding initiatives, internal communications, and employer branding activities to attract talent and Clients
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to understand service offerings and build relevant marketing strategies.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in an IT staffing/consulting firm.
Strong knowledge of IT services market and staffing industry trends.
Expertise in digital marketing, social media marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
Creative thinking with strong analytical and project management skills.
