Relationship Manager Sales (Unsecured Loans)

Role & respo

1. Sales & Business Development:

• Acquire new customers through direct sourcing, channel partners (DSA, connectors), and lead generation.
• Promote and sell unsecured loan products like:

• Personal Loans

• Small Business Loans

• Invoice Discounting / Bill Discounting

• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact for customer queries, documentation, and servicing.
• Upsell/cross-sell additional financial products wherever possible.

3. Loan Processing & Documentation:

• Assist customers in completing documentation, KYC, and loan applications.
• Coordinate with the credit team for loan approval.

• Ensure end-to-end tracking until disbursement.

4. Market Intelligence & Networking:

• Develop and maintain relationships with local business communities, traders, MSMEs, and professionals.
• Provide market feedback on competitors, rates, and customer behavior.
• Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and local business meets.

5. Compliance & Portfolio Management:

• Ensure all loans sourced are within NBFC policy and credit guidelines.
• Coordinate with recovery/collection team for overdue accounts if needed.
• Monitor customer repayment behavior to ensure asset quality.
