Position: Marketing Manager Ice Cream Business (E-Commerce Focus)

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Growth & Strategy:

• Design and execute the Ice Cream E-Commerce marketing plan across Amazon, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, BigBasket, and D2C website.
• Drive sales, optimize listings, and enhance SKU visibility.
• Plan promotions, offers, and campaigns tailored for online channels.

Brand Building & Digital Campaigns:

• Develop and execute digital-first campaigns for online consumers.
• Manage performance marketing on Meta, Google, influencer platforms.
• Lead festive and seasonal campaigns to increase online engagement.

Content, Listings & Creatives:

• Oversee quality product listings, banners, and creatives across platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency in visuals and storytelling across digital assets.

Consumer Insights & Analytics:

• Monitor platform data, consumer reviews, and campaign performance.
• Track KPIs: traffic, conversion, ROAS, CAC, retention, feedback.
• Use insights to guide strategy and product improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with supply chain on inventory and fulfillment readiness.
• Coordinate with platform managers for visibility and campaign slots.
• Align with product teams to tailor SKUs for E-Commerce (packaging, shelf-life, formats).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 610 years of marketing experience, with

  3+ years in E-Commerce marketing

  (FMCG/F&B preferred).
• Proven experience with

  quick commerce, marketplaces, and D2C websites

  .
• Strong background in

  performance marketing

  (Meta, Google Ads, CRM tools).
• Highly analytical, with a data-driven mindset and creative marketing instincts.
• Experience in Ice Cream, Frozen Foods, Dairy, or QSR categories is an advantage.
