About Client Company Details - Adiverse organisation indulging in Real Estate, Hospitality, Financial markets and Pharmaceuticals Group Job Purpose Duties and Responsibilities Craft strategies for all Verticals, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creatives Developing, executing and implementing marketing plans & programs, both short and long term. Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department Set, monitor and report on team goals Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material) Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness Understand current SEO/PR/SEM/Affiliate channels and then improve on metrics and impacts Qualifications Education Any Graduate/Post Graduate/Graduation Pursuing Specialized knowledge/Certification Microsoft Office, well versed with Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing Fundamentals Working Conditions Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate industry / Real Estate . Skills Required A leader who can command and lead the entire department Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords Outstanding communication skills to provide direction and feedback for creative and analytical components of the Marketing department.
