Job Description

Executive

  • Support in preparing and executing monthly marketing calendar for various ATL & BTL campaigns.
  • Coordinating with the sales team for regular collateral requirements.
  • Co-ordinate with creative/digital agencies for smooth and timely execution of brand campaigns and daily work.
  • Accountable for creative briefs, agency briefing and execution of brand campaigns.
  • Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure that the deliveries of their requirement is as planned and adheres to our brand guidelines.
  • Perform campaign analysis daily, weekly, monthly to find growth opportunities and refine campaign performance. Make reports based on consumer, market & competitors and generate actionable insights.
  • Ensure legal compliance and approval on all communications.
  • Come up with new ideas for internal and external campaigns that would appeal to masses.
  • Maintain tracker of daily jobs, creative executions, processing of bills, record of approved ads for compliance.
  • Maintaining and updating customer database.
  • Preparing & sharing monthly MIS reports.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and deliver effective strategies to generate results. Experienced in marketing planning, branding, and campaign development.
  • Adept in online and traditional marketing, and highly skilled in visual communications.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processes.
  • Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
  • Negotiating on rates and getting the best rates and getting timely delivery from vendors.
  • Partner with creative teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
  • Tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
