Marketing Executive Location: Adyar Department: Marketing Exectuive

Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will help boost brand awareness, generate leads, and contribute to the growth of the company through online and offline marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
• Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, SEO, and content creation.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing-related tasks.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials like brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Organize and attend promotional events such as exhibitions, trade shows, or product launches.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Maintain and update the company’s website and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (Freshers with strong internship experience may apply).
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
