Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify and liaise with colleges/universities in and around Bhopal for promotional visits.
Plan and execute on-campus seminars, workshops, tech events, and info sessions.
Coordinate all logistics—booking venues, arranging travel, designing promotional materials.
Represent the institute at seminars, fairs, and student gatherings; manage booths.
Collaborate with faculty/ambassadors for workshop delivery and engagement.
Track outreach metrics (registrations, leads, attendance) and report performance.
Maintain and manage a CRM/database of college contacts and activities.
Generate organic leeds

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication, including public speaking.
Strong networking and relationship skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Willingness to travel locally to colleges (two wheeler compulsory)
