Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business goals and support lead nurturing efforts. Manage and optimize marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to ensure lead management and campaign tracking. Organize and promote webinars, online events, and industry-specific forums to engage potential customers. Support SEO and SEM strategies through content and campaign initiatives. Develop targeted messaging for different customer personas, industries, and stages of the buyer’s journey. Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to measure ROI and optimize future efforts. Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies relevant to the B2B and EdTech landscape. Requirements 2–4 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within EdTech or SaaS industries. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging. Experience in digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM tools) and content management systems. Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Data-driven approach to decision-making with a focus on KPIs and campaign analytics. Prefered Skill Set: Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. Experience working with LinkedIn marketing and email drip campaigns. Understanding of basic video marketing (webinars, short explainer videos).
