Key Responsibilities: Drive overall growth of the park, food counters, and ride sales . Launch promotional campaigns, events, and offers to increase footfall and revenue . Build partnerships with schools, companies, and event organizers for bulk bookings. Train and motivate the on-ground sales teams to maximize customer conversion. Coordinate with operations, HR, and marketing for smooth execution of campaigns. Analyze data, gather customer feedback, and suggest improvements. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or hospitality.
