Handle DMs and comments to promote brand trust and initiate service discussions. 2. Lead Conversion & Sales Receive and respond to incoming calls from prospects and existing clients. Understand client needs and effectively explain services/products. Convert incoming inquiries into sales through persuasive communication and product knowledge. Maintain follow-up with leads for nurturing and closing. 3. Campaigns & Promotions Plan and execute seasonal promotions, wellness campaigns, and referral programs. Collaborate with internal teams (design, product, medical advisors) to ensure campaign alignment. 4. Brand Building Promote brand awareness through strategic content and influencer collaboration. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports on lead conversion and engagement metrics. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 13 years of experience in social media marketing and sales, preferably in healthcare/wellness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both spoken and written). Ability to handle client calls and drive sales confidently. Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, etc. Creative mindset with an eye for design and digital trends. Knowledge of health and lifestyle services is a strong advantage. Preferred Attributes: Self-motivated and result-oriented. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Empathetic listener with customer-first thinking. Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle.
