We are urgently looking to hire a Communication Designer / Manager Communication Design for one of our multinational clients , a global restaurant giant with over 60,000 restaurants in 155+ countries. This is an off-role position based in Gurugram (Sector 65). If youre a visual storyteller , not just a designer someone who sees the big picture and knows how to craft it into a powerful, mouth-watering creative – we want to hear from you . Role Highlights Job Title : Communication Designer / Communication Designer Experience : 4–5 years Location : Gurugram (Sector 65) Type : Off-role (Contractual/Third-party payroll) Portfolio Submission Required : Please submit your CV + Design Portfolio to be considered. Are You the One? You bring bold, brand-right ideas to life across media – in-store ads, digital, outdoor, proximity marketing, or any canvas you can reimagine. You know how to break format and craft communication that leaves a mark – or even a craving. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize & design engaging assets for campaigns, promotions, in-store branding, and more. Collaborate with brand comms and marketing teams to develop strategic visual solutions. Deliver consistency while injecting fresh creativity into every touchpoint. Translate complex ideas into clean, compelling visuals. Be an active contributor in brainstorming sessions with unexpected creative insights. Design visuals that evoke emotion, inspire action—and yes, crave chicken. What We’re Looking For 5–9 years of experience in creative agencies, studios, or as a top-tier freelancer. Strong portfolio with offline + digital campaign work; retail and food brand experience a big plus . Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Bonus: Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, and motion graphics. Strong conceptual thinking with hands-on execution skills. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
