Experience Required: 13 years with good English communication
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring all projects and tasks stay on track.Facilitate seamless communication among team members, managers, and external vendors.Maintain thorough and up-to-date project documentation, timelines, and status trackers.Assist in vendor coordination and marketing logistics be it event planning, asset delivery, or campaign execution.Prepare and distribute project status reports, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.Offer general team support from brainstorming assistance to deadline nudging you're the go-to person who gets things done.Key Skills:12 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role .Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a sharp eye for detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and within a team.Familiarity with project management tools such as Click Up Trello, Asana, Monday.com, is a definite plus.Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
