Job Title: Marketing Associate (Entry-Level) Department: Digital Marketing Job Type: Full-Time Location : Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru Key Responsibilities: · Support lead generation through content-driven outreach and campaign execution. · Follow up with customers to ensure timely delivery of services/products and a smooth client experience. · Contribute to customer engagement efforts to build and strengthen client relationships. · Develop and manage content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) to enhance brand awareness and engagement. · Assist in creating customer-focused materials such as podcasts, presentations, newsletters , and other digital content. · Represent the company in meetings with partners and clients, and during industry exhibitions and networking events. · Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively engage with customers and respond to inquiries. · Design and present compelling posters and visual materials for marketing and outreach purposes. · Maintain a professional and positive relationship with team members and stakeholders. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. · Strong written and verbal communication skills. · Proficiency in social media platforms and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint). · Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
