Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Implementing Marketing Strategies: Creating comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and attract patients.

  • Managing Marketing Campaigns: Overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media.

*

  • Digital Marketing: Managing the hospital's online presence, including social media, website content, and search engine optimization (SEO).

*

  • Market Research: Conducting research to understand patient needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

*

  • Relationship Building: Collaborating with healthcare professionals, administrators, and external vendors to ensure alignment and effective marketing initiatives.

*

  • Event Planning: Organizing events, health fairs, and community outreach programs to promote hospital services and engage with the community.

*

  • Monitoring and Reporting: Tracking the performance of marketing campaigns and reporting on key metrics to assess effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.

*

  • Public Relations: Managing media relations and public communications to maintain a positive public image of the hospital.

*

  • Budget Management: Collaborating with managers to prepare and monitor marketing budgets.

*

  • Content Creation: Developing marketing materials, including website content, brochures, and social media posts.

*

Skills Required:

  • Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in the healthcare sector.

  • Digital Marketing Skills: Proficiency in social media management, SEO, and other digital marketing techniques.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, track campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and stay within budget.

  • Relationship Building Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community members, and other stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Yearly bonus
