We are looking for a proactive Marketing Assistant to support our sales and marketing operations through telecalling, lead generation, and follow-up support. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on incoming leads. Generate leads through telemarketing, WhatsApp, and offline channels. Maintain and update lead databases (CRM). Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team. Explain property offerings, pricing, and project highlights to potential buyers. Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into sales. Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email. Assist with marketing campaigns through SMS, WhatsApp blasts, and basic follow-ups. Requirements: Good communication and telephone handling skills (Hindi/English/regional language). Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets). Ability to work in a target-driven environment. 0–2 years of experience in telecalling/marketing/sales support (real estate preferred). Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
