Job Description

Marketing & Content Strategy Manager

build narratives, campaign ideas, and content strategies

Key Responsibilities

Lead brand and content strategy for clients across social media, digital campaigns, and video projects
Conduct discovery sessions with clients to understand goals, audience insights, and positioning
Build monthly/quarterly content calendars, campaign frameworks, and messaging strategies
Collaborate with the creative team to convert briefs into scroll-stopping content ideas and scripts
Ensure all brand deliverables are consistent with tone, messaging, and business objectives
Analyze campaign and content performance to refine strategies
Stay updated on content trends, platform innovations, and consumer behavior to guide new formats
Pitch fresh concepts for retainer clients and new business proposals

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in digital/content marketing, creative strategy, or brand communication
Proven experience in building content strategy for brands across social media and digital platforms
Strong understanding of content formats – short-form videos, reels, branded content, influencer activations
Ability to balance creativity with marketing objectives and KPIs
Excellent client communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or any content analytics platform is a plus
Bonus if you’ve worked on performance + organic strategies together
