You are an experienced Python Developer with a specialization in ERP Next, looking to join our team in Ahmedabad. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, customizing, and maintaining ERP Next modules to align with business needs. You will also design and implement RESTful APIs, integrate with third-party applications, and optimize Python-based back-end logic for improved performance and scalability. Additionally, you will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to collect and analyze requirements, ensuring high code quality through unit tests, documentation, and best coding practices. Troubleshooting technical issues related to ERP Next and related applications, as well as deploying and maintaining ERP systems in compliance with security standards, are also key aspects of the role. To excel in this position, you should possess at least 4 years of Python development experience, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to ERP Next. A solid grasp of ERP Next framework, Frappe, and custom app development is essential, along with hands-on skills in MariaDB/MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap. Your expertise in integrating third-party services/APIs, building custom workflows, and proficiency in Git, Docker, and Linux environments will be crucial. Additionally, server-side scripting, performance tuning, system security, and the ability to work both independently and in an agile team environment are highly valued. Preferred skills for this role include experience with bench commands, site management, and multi-tenant ERP Next setups, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure for ERP hosting. Knowledge of HR, Finance, Inventory, CRM, or Manufacturing modules in ERP Next will also be advantageous.
