Job Description

As a Manufacturing Specialist at Micron Technology, you will play a crucial role in completing assigned manufacturing tasks while adhering to company policies and work procedures. Working under the supervision of manufacturing supervisors, you will collaborate with production operators, technicians, and engineers to efficiently complete manufacturing jobs and meet department targets and goals. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English is essential for this role. Responsibilities and Tasks: - Process raw materials into the final product, adapting to changing job assignments and identifying any special customer requests. - Obtain necessary materials and tools for assigned jobs and set up equipment for product changes. - Prioritize and complete all tasks required to process the product efficiently and on time. - Identify, troubleshoot, and communicate any issues encountered during setup or processing. Follow Company and Department Policies and Procedures: - Understand and apply company, department, safety, and job-related policies and procedures to job assignments. - Seek and provide feedback as needed to leads/trainers and supporting personnel. - Participate in on-the-job training, ask questions, and track training requirements in the designated system. Certification and Safety Adherence: - Complete certification requirements by demonstrating understanding and abilities. - Report hazards promptly and follow safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment. - Operate and maintain equipment and tools within manufacturers" and company guidelines.
