As a IRM ServiceNow senior associate at Northern Trust, you will play a crucial role in driving the development, estimations, implementation, and customization of solutions using ServiceNow GRC modules. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements for GRC solutions, designing and configuring workflows for Policy Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit modules, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will deliver technical expertise in ServiceNow development related to the IRM Module and stay current with ServiceNow best practices and platform updates. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum qualification of any Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Technology, Software Development, Business Information Sciences, or equivalent industry experience, along with at least 7 years of hands-on experience in IRM ServiceNow design and development. Strong understanding of ServiceNow development, including client-side and server-side scripting, is essential, as well as proficiency in creating and managing workflows, REST integrations, and email notifications. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS are highly desirable, and excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required. Nice to have skills for this role include experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, PPM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps, knowledge of Virtual Agent and Integration Hub, and experience with Agile methodology.
