As a Sales Ops Specialist at Colt, you will play a crucial role in supporting the design and administration of the Sales Incentive plan. Your responsibilities will include administering variable incentives, maintaining commission processes and systems, and enhancing the scalability and efficiency of Colt's commissions processes.
