You are a proactive and customer-focused Customer Representative Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support. You possess a strong understanding of troubleshooting technical issues, managing inbound and outbound support calls, and handling support tickets via email or chat. Your responsibilities include handling customer queries and technical issues through calls, emails, and ticketing systems. You are expected to troubleshoot and resolve product-related technical issues promptly and professionally. In case of unresolved or complex issues, you escalate them to the appropriate internal teams. Maintaining detailed and accurate documentation of customer interactions and issue resolutions is crucial. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support and following up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 1 year of experience, excellent communication skills in English & Hindi, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.
