Manager/Sr. Manager - Corporate Relations

You will be responsible for managing the entire career services office for the School of Management, overseeing programs related to BBA, MBA, and EMBA. With a desirable experience of 6-10 years, your primary focus will be on business development. This includes reaching out to prominent organizations across various sectors such as consulting, BFSI, investment banking, FMCG, manufacturing, retail, and technology to establish long-term partnerships for internships and placements. Your duties will involve inviting industry and HR leaders for guest lectures to foster relationships, promoting the strengths of Mahindra University and the School of Management to corporate partners, and collaborating with students and faculty to enhance students" readiness for internships and placements through workshops, presentations, and job fairs. You will work closely with the faculty placement committee in this capacity. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing the operations of the placement process by creating placement and internship policies, ensuring a seamless placement process, and overseeing placement logistics.
