1. Around 8-10 years of experience in managing retail sales for domestic holidays tours/packages.
2. Sold domestic holidays for both GIT and FIT and has good numbers of repeat clientele.
3. Experience in handling customers pre-sale requirements.
4. Experience in lead conversions & achieving assigned targets.
5. Experience in generating MIS reports
6. Strong market knowledge on competitors product & price , strong knowledge on lead generation through various BTL activities
7. Self-motivated, resourceful, ability and willingness to work in a multi-tasking environment.
8. Sound knowledge on GIT & FIT products
Note: 1. Language: Bengali, English & Hindi
2.Local resident of Kolkata will be preferred
