Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Project or Delivery Manager to lead a strategic migration initiative transitioning approximately 100 applications from Informatica PowerCenter (onprem) to the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC). This highimpact role demands a resultsoriented leader with a deep understanding of ETL migrations and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities Drive the initial migration phase to Cloud Data Integration for PowerCenter (CDIPC) Lead creation of project documentation and artifacts aligned with organizational standards Monitor progress and maintain delivery momentum with structured tracking Provide consistent stakeholder updates and engagement Coordinate internal team efforts and oversee vendor performance Candidate Profile Required 10+ years of experience in project/delivery management, preferably in data or analytics domains Proven success in PowerCenter to IDMC migration projects Strong organizational and communication capabilities Proactive, executionfocused, and thrives under minimal supervision Availability to join immediately

Mandatory skill sets

Must have knowledge, skills and experiences Informatica PowerCentre ETL Cloudnative data integration Pushdown optimization techniques Data warehouse modernization Informatica IICS, especially CDIPC Metadatadriven migration Data governance and lineage tracking Bulk ingestion and performance tuning Cloud Connectors AWS, Azure, Snowflake

Preferred skill sets

Good to have knowledge, skills and experiences Broader experience with Informatica IICS beyond CDIPC Cloud platform familiarity AWS, Azure, GCP

Handson with Informatica Migration Factory Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence) Experience managing crossfunctional teams Understanding of metadata and data lineage tools
