Job Description

You should have a minimum of 2+ years of end-to-end BPO transition management experience. Your responsibilities will include handling due diligence, solutioning, process mapping, knowledge transfer, ramp-up, capacity planning, SLA setup, and governance. You should excel in internal and external stakeholder engagement and be able to manage multiple transitions simultaneously. It is essential for you to be proficient in MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting. Experience with Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is preferred. Exposure to US P&C insurance projects will be an added advantage. As a Transition Manager, your role will involve planning and executing transitions within the ITES/BPO/KPO industry. You should possess a Bachelor's degree and have a strong understanding of ITES/BPO/Customer Service functions. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring key skills in planning, Six Sigma, and transitions. The job code for this position is GO/JC/479/2025.
