Key Responsibilities:

As the Manager – Quality & Clinical Testing, you will be responsible for establishing robust quality protocols and managing end-to-end testing activities across finished goods, packaging materials, and clinical trials. Your role will ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices, maintain high product quality standards, and contribute to the development of safe and effective new products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain testing protocols for raw materials, finished goods, and packaging.

• Ensure GLP compliance and oversee day-to-day Quality Control (QC) operations.

• Conduct finished goods testing and batch validation to ensure product quality and safety.

• Lead PM-QC (Packaging Material Quality Control) and coordinate with vendors on quality standards.

• Manage clinical testing end-to-end, including design, execution, and data review.

• Identify and flag quality risks in new product development (NPD) processes.

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory audit readiness.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Supply Chain, and Production teams.

Who are we looking for?

Experience: 8+ years of experience in Quality Control, Laboratory Management, and Clinical Testing in the Pet Food,

Food, or FMCG sector.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of GLP, ISO standards, and food safety norms.

• Analytical mindset with experience in clinical and laboratory testing.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Effective cross-functional communication and team collaboration.
