ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Here are the key expectations from the role of Manager Sales:1. Build strong relationships with distributors and key caf/restaurant chains, and ensure a pipeline ofinquiries resulting in closure and incremental business2. Develop a strong base of consultants and channel partners to support business growth3. Build strong knowledge of relevant coffee equipment and ensure end-customers are satisfied with theentire inquiry to installation process4. Present new ideas and products to current accounts and leverage to increase engagement and business5. Deliver on revenue targets as per deployed plansQUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSMBA (Full time)Overall, 3-year experience, min 3 years in equipment sales or Coffee related businessPREFERRED SKILLSStrong Presentation, Negotiation ,Communication skillsSelf-starter, Bias for Action, Strategic, Analytical ThinkingADDITIONAL NOTESCaf operations or Restaurant operations experience and/or Barista experience preferred
