Manager - ROW

The Manager- ROW (Manglore) plays a crucial role in monitoring Right of Way (ROW) issues and ensuring their resolution in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. This position requires the incumbent to be willing to travel across India as per the job demands. Responsibilities of this role include overseeing ROW issues, prioritizing based on severity, adhering to national and multilateral requirements, maintaining cost efficiency, planning budgets, and managing assets effectively. The Manager will engage with District Administration to resolve critical ROW matters, address legal issues, monitor performance metrics, report to project and senior management teams, identify risk mitigation strategies, and drive initiatives to set industry benchmarks. Critical Success Factors for this role include being a Graduate/Postgraduate with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience and expertise in communication skills. Desirable competencies include strong negotiation skills and an understanding of legal matters related to ROW.
