Manager Payout collection(For Managing DSA Channel)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process payout requests for DSAs based on the banks commission structure and business rules.
  
• Validate DSA documentation, disbursal records, and associated incentive eligibility.
  
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Finance departments to track loan disbursements and ensure accurate commission calculation.
  
• Maintain updated records of DSA onboarding, payout claims, and payment status.
  
• Resolve discrepancies and respond to DSA queries related to payout delays, short payments, or deductions.
  
• Generate periodic reports on DSA business volume, commission payouts, and outstanding dues.
  
• Ensure strict compliance with SBI’s regulatory and audit guidelines regarding third-party commission payments.
  
• Support audits, internal checks, and MIS reporting requirements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  
• 2–5 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in DSA payout management.
  
• Familiarity with loan products (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Auto Loan, etc.) and related commission structures.
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel, banking systems, and ERP platforms (Finacle, CBS, etc. preferred).
  
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
  

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in working with SBI or public sector banks.
  
• Knowledge of DSA agreements, RBI guidelines, and payout taxation norms (like TDS/GST).
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work under strict timelines.
