Plan and manage MICE events, from venue selection to post-event reporting. Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and offer solutions. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality. Prepare and track event budgets and timelines. Work with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution. Handle client communications and provide on-site support during events. Gather post-event feedback and provide improvements for future events. Requirement: Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field. 5+ years of experience in MICE. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to manage budgets and deadlines effectively. Open to travel.
