Minimum 12-14 years of proven experience in MEP design and MEP site coordination in Real Estate/ Construction Industry. • Must have worked with consultants for 6-8 yrs in design and 5-6 in Project execution. • Should be able to lead from front and capable to handle MEP consultants and Vendors ensuring quality and timely deliverables at site. • Conversant with EC norms, Local CFO requirements, NBC2016, IS codes and relevant international codes. • Must be conversant with sustainable MEP solutions and flare for MEP Cost and estimation. • Coversance with CAD is a must and proficiency in softwares like HAP, sprinkcad, BIM etc shall be added advantage. • Must be aware of MEP design standards, prevalent practices for design and installations and capability to review, comment and deliver from concept to Tender and GFC stages. • Effectively coordinate and communicate with internal (architects, structures, interiors, projects, liaison, facilities, etc) and external stakeholders (consultants, Vendors, etc) • Adequate knowledge and experience in design and implementation of MEP Infra esp. Water distribution network, WTP, STPs, SWD, RWH systems, HVAC and ventilation systems etc. • Must be a good team player and proactive in approach. Technically guide projects teams in conducting mock ups, show/ sample flats, Site MEP to ensure quality installations and guide projects/facility teams during final completion and handing over processes."
