Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Serve as the single point of contact for all quality-related matters for the Duluth account.
Ensure strict adherence to Duluths quality standards during development, production, and shipment stages.
Oversee all quality inspections—inline, final, and third-party—at the unit level.
Work closely with QA teams, production teams, and merchandising to ensure smooth execution.
Review and align PP samples, Photo Shoot samples, size sets and pilots with Duluth quality expectations.
Coordinate with central QA and development teams to ensure product consistency and risk mitigation.
Track all quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives at the factory level.
Manage buyer audits and external inspections, ensuring timely resolution of any non-conformities.
Drive RCA and CAPA implementation for any rejections, claims, or audit findings.
