The Manager Direct Tax will be responsible for overseeing tax planning, tax compliance, and tax preparation activities. The role requires ensuring adherence to tax laws and staying updated with any changes in regulations. Daily tasks will include preparing and filing tax returns, conducting tax research, managing audits, and providing strategic tax planning advice. Qualifications Tax Planning, Tax Compliance, and Tax Preparation skills Strong understanding of Tax Law and current tax regulations Proficiency in tax-related software and tools Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or services sector Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus,
