Manager Design Architect

Design management and design development of Hostels, Staff residences, Staff Quarter, Labor Quarter, Student Housing projects.

• Lead the architectural design process for commercial real estate projects from concept to completion, ensuring that design and construction align with expectations and project goals.
• Facilitate the coordination of drawings and data pertaining to architecture with other disciplines (structure, MEP, landscape, liaison, interiors, etc.).
• Facilitate the team's review and validation of the drawings and data shared by the external consultants related to design during various stages (from design development to the construction stage).
• Create innovative and aesthetically astute architectural designs that are functional, sustainable, and cost-effective. Incorporate sustainable design principles where applicable. Manage project budgets and expenses, making recommendations for cost-effective design solutions and materials.
• ensuring that timelines for drawing preparation by external consultants are achieved within the estimated cost and time and providing additional support as and when required.
• Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, including investors, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project objectives are met. Prepare the presentations, reports, and briefs required for the project.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and ensure that construction aligns with the approved designs and specifications.
• Ensure that all architectural designs and construction plans adhere to local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
• Document all drawings and data shared between the team and external agencies.
