Electrical Design Manager / Sr. Design ER

Role & responsibilities

• Experience in Electrical design and development of control panel and Electrical architectures and troubleshooting electrical problems.
• Design and develop LT & HT, Panels- PCC / MCC / IMCC / APFC / DG Sync panel & Relay panels.
• Proficient in Control Panel Electrical Circuit Design
• Prepare and review Single Line Diagrams (SLDs),
• Coordinate with customers, consultants, and internal teams to obtain design approvals.
• Provide technical justifications and value-engineered solutions for customer approval.
• Conduct technical presentations, design workshops, and project reviews.
• Review vendor technical submittals for electrical equipment selection and approval.
• Collaborate with procurement and site teams for technical clarifications during execution.
• Detail-Oriented & Analytical Thinking Ensures accuracy in designs.
• Customer-Centric Approach Proactively works on approvals & clarifications. Problem-Solving Ability Resolves design conflicts effectively.
• Leadership & Mentoring Guides the design team for best practices.
• Well versed with Part life cycle management, Obsolescence management activities.
• Provide immediate response and timely resolution to design related production issues encountered during the build process.
• Conduct Design review to get buy-in from all cross functional teams.
• Good communication skills and client handling.
• Electrical software s like E-Plan, Auto Cad, Solid works

Preferred candidates profile

• Should have experience for 7 +Years. in Electrical Design
• Diploma /B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• Should have knowledge in TTA Panel
