As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, explaining company services and the benefits of the company's products/services to potential clients. You will also be in charge of maintaining daily call records, submitting daily progress reports, and addressing concerns, uncertainties, and suggestions of your customers and clients in a timely manner. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining the business database by entering, verifying, and backing up relevant data.
