Job Description Role & Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems in production equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns to minimize downtime. Implement and sustain TPM practices on shop floor. Maintain records through CMMS and ensure timely maintenance schedules. Support continuous improvement initiatives like Kaizen and 5S. Coordinate with production and other departments to ensure minimal interruption in operations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Manage inventory and procurement of maintenance spares. Preferred Candidate Profile: 25 years of experience in a maintenance role within the automobile/auto component industry. Hands-on experience with PLC systems, automation equipment, hydraulics & pneumatics. Strong understanding of preventive maintenance tools and techniques. Knowledge of TPM, RCA, and safety standards. Good communication skills and ability to work in shifts if required. Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Gujarat Kadi preferred.
