Responsible for breakdow n and preventive maintenance of utilities , hydraulics & pneumatic pumps on the floor. Responsible for preparing and maintaining the annual preventive maintenance schedule and predictive maintenance schedule. To ensure systematic and proper running of equipments for full targeted output. Responsible for maintaining safety standards in Utility area. Handling and maintain the ISO/TS documents . Implementation of 6 s activities on the production floor. Ensuring adherence to quality standards , implementing stringent quality control systems and reduce rejection level & rework. Analysis of various break down and find out root cause for same helping in reducing breakdown time. Should have knowledge of Kanban , JIT , Poka Yoke , QS-9000 , TS 16949 , TPM etc.
