Maintenance Executive

As a Maintenance Executive based in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage all maintenance activities within our organization. This role involves conducting regular inspections, addressing maintenance issues, coordinating with vendors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and overseeing a team of maintenance staff to guarantee the smooth operation of our facilities. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in maintenance management, including conducting routine inspections and resolving issues promptly. A good understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements is essential. Strong organizational and leadership skills are crucial, along with excellent communication and vendor management abilities. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting is key. While not mandatory, having relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field would be advantageous. Previous experience in the hospitality industry would also be considered a valuable asset.,
