Maintenance Engineer Job Title : Maintenance Engineer Location : Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore Experience : 1-3 Responsibilities: Performroutine and emergency maintenanceon mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime. Develop and executepreventive maintenance schedulesfor all plant machinery and utilities, using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems). Diagnose and troubleshootmechanical, electrical, and control system failures, and implement corrective actions to restore functionality. Maintain detailedmaintenance logs, service records, and equipment historyfor audits and continuous improvement. Collaborate with production and engineering teams toidentify root causes of recurring issuesand recommend design or process improvements. Ensure all maintenance activities comply withsafety regulations and environmental standards. Skills Required: *Degree inMechanical or Electrical Engineering. * Proven hands-on experience withindustrial machinery, automation systems, and utilities. * Strongdiagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure. * Familiarity withPLC systems, HVAC, hydraulics, and pneumatics. * Knowledge ofsafety protocols, maintenance tools, and CMMS platforms.
