Maintenance - Body Shop _ Jr. Engr / Asst Engr / Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Adherence to Safety & 5s condition in Shop Floor (Zero Accidents/Incidents)
• Conduct Morning & Shift meeting and give necessary communications •Man Power management (Line Allocation)
• Shift Wise Review of Breakdown and Countermeasure details
• Scheduling & Implementation of Preventive and Predictive Maintenance
• Adherence of Patrol & Inspection plan and concerns closure follow up tracking •Adherence TBM Plan & Ensure Material Availability
• Monitoring Critical parameter in machine and updating in report •Month wise Best Patrol & Inspection concerns Updation
• Breakdown time support, Study & Implement MTTR reduction activity
• Bypass & Contingency plan identification and Implementation for Critical Equipment's
• Horizontal deployment from other plant related Breakdown/Energy Saving and Preparation
• Leading team to achieve company goal by various Improvements
• (MTTR, MTBF, Safety, Energy Saving, Cost Saving & CP)
• Improvement implementation related to Energy & safety •Critical Spares and consumables management and keep minimum stock
• Adherence to spares(GI) and Serviced material proper codification
• Planning of Holiday & Shut Down work spare & manpower planning
• Tools & Gauges Condition check and calibration planning
• Members Skill level monitoring & Improvement plan
• Discussion with Cross Functional team about daily concerns & countermeasure
• Localization and cost saving proposal & implementation Adherence of Line Back up like(PLC/Robot/Vision/Drive) Manuals Management
