You will be joining Electronic Components & Tuners, a manufacturing company based in Noida that specializes in producing electrical components for various industries including TV/AV, lighting, mobile phones, automotive, and electric vehicles. These components play a crucial role in powering and improving modern consumer electronic products. As a Production Manager, your primary responsibility will involve managing the day-to-day manufacturing operations. Your duties will include ensuring that production targets are achieved, overseeing inventory and logistics, optimizing production processes, and upholding quality control standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and the implementation of continuous improvement strategies are also key aspects of this role. To excel in this position, you should possess experience in production management and overseeing manufacturing operations. A solid understanding of electrical components and manufacturing processes is essential. Strong leadership, decision-making, organizational, and time management skills are crucial for success. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and familiarity with quality control standards and processes are also important. Moreover, your qualifications should include knowledge and experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, while prior experience in the consumer electronics industry would be advantageous. Magnetics and transformer manufacturing experience is a specific requirement for this role.
