Role & responsibilities Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends Creating and maintaining dashboards with operational and business metrics Prepare Business Review Presentations - perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews of current processes Supporting the continuous optimization of operating models and reporting practices Improving operational systems by analyzing current practices, including designing and writing potential modifications and support in their maintenance. Conducting ad hoc analysis to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues and communicate them effectively to all relevant stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst/MIS Analyst or similar roles Able to adapt quickly to changes in workflows and a team-player who can also work independently Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to problem solving Excellent English communication (verbal and written), including the ability to clearly communicate in a dynamic environment across all levels Able to prioritize and manage tasks efficiently Understanding of business processes and improvement methods Understanding of departmental policies and procedures Strong fundamental knowledge of calculations and Operation metrics (SLA Metrics such as Productivity, Quality,etc) Knowledge of: Google Sheets/ MS Excel (PivotTable, Charts, Statistical functions and macro functions) Advance SQL PLX Google Apps Script or JavaScript
