We are looking for an experienced Farm Manager to take full responsibility for field operations including crop planning, labour management, and yield execution for our integrated farming unit in Samrala, Punjab . This is a long-term, performance-driven role with growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage land preparation, sowing, fertilisation, irrigation, and harvesting of: Wheat, Potatoes - Open-field Tomatoes (Pollytunnel Fodder crops: Napier Grass, Alfalfa, Maize Supervise daily labour, assign tasks, and maintain productivity Schedule irrigation and monitor pest/disease control operations Operate or oversee tractors, tillers, choppers, and sprayers Handle harvest planning, bundling, silage prep, and storage logistics Submit weekly photo updates and yield reports to the owner Maintain basic records for input usage, labour, and machine hours Candidate Requirements Graduate in Agriculture or related field (B.Sc.
