Role & responsibilities Machine Operation: Setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines. Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to understand part specifications. Material Handling: Loading and unloading raw materials, tools, and fixtures onto the CNC machine. Machine Monitoring: Observing machine operation during production to identify and address any issues. Quality Control: Inspecting finished parts using measuring tools and comparing them against specifications. Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving minor operational issues. Safety: Following all safety guidelines and protocols, and ensuring a safe work environment. Documentation: Keeping records of machine operations and adjustments. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines. Collaboration: Collaborating with engineers and other team members to optimize processes and improve quality. Preferred candidate profile Freshers with ITI or DME, Qualified in operator handling (or) min 1 to 2 Yrs Exp as a CNC Operator
