Job Description: Demonstrates Specialized knowledge of ONE or more Systems within the department and contribute in a sustainable way to the satisfaction of the customers to the companys profitability by : • Spreading, explaining, applying and making apply the project standards, tools and development processes that allow to carry out the local activity for all components of one or more Systems within the department • Acting as a global trainer by contributing to training module creation deploying trainings • Providing technical solutions and technical leadership to the project team members ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements. • Conducting peer reviews and ensure closure of issues. • Discuss and analyse on new tools and technical improvements • Review/update best practices/standards/guidelines/checklists periodically by performing Proof of concept and piloting the defined methods, processes and tools RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: 8-10 years of experience in Automotive Application Software development Experience in Automotive ECU software development across V cycle Model based Tools Development Tech leader: • Experience in defining the Rules , Process and Tools for all stages of SW V cycle • Experience in scripting language and automation tools for model based development (M Script/Python etc..) • Experience in working with Autosar & ISO26262 • Experience in leading tools development from conception to delivery.
