Ltd. LXIR Medilabs Pvt. Ltd. is a leading pharmaceutical company engaged in PCD franchise operations, third-party manufacturing, and B2B sales across India. We are committed to delivering high-quality medicines and fostering strong partnerships in the pharmaceutical industry. Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven PCD Sales & Marketing Executive for our Ophthalmic Medicines segment. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in ophthalmic pharmaceutical sales and marketing , specifically in the PCD model. Key Responsibilities · Develop and manage PCD franchise partners for the ophthalmic product range. · Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned territories. · Promote ophthalmic medicines to potential clients, distributors, and business associates. · Identify new market opportunities and expand the distribution network. · Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. · Provide product information, promotional support, and guidance to franchise partners. · Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the ophthalmic segment. · Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing, dispatch, and client support. · Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis as required by management. Requirements · Minimum 1 year of experience in PCD sales and marketing of ophthalmic medicines. · Strong knowledge of ophthalmic products and the PCD business model. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building business relationships. · Willingness to travel for business development across assigned territories. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
