The Workflow Developer will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining low-code/no-code workflows and BI interfaces within the Business Improvement and Transformation Team (BITT). You will be tasked with developing and maintaining low-code/no-code workflows to automate business processes, as well as creating and supporting BI interfaces to enhance data visualization and reporting. Collaboration with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions will be a key aspect of your role. Ensuring the reliability and performance of developed workflows and interfaces, providing technical support and troubleshooting, and staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in low-code/no-code development and BI tools are also important responsibilities. Adherence to solution design standards and producing documentation on solutions created will be expected. Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms such as Microsoft PowerApps, MS SharePoint, Nintex, or similar is required. Proficiency in BI tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar is also necessary. Experience with data modeling/SQL is preferred but not essential, as well as experience in automating business processes. RPA experience is preferred but not essential. The Workflow Developer will utilize tools available within the business to develop digitalized and automated solutions to meet the strategic goals of BITT in alignment with the Group strategy. You will work with defined requirements in liaison with BITT and develop effective workflow and BI solutions in line with defined BITT standards. Being adept at creating efficient and appropriate solution designs is crucial for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. You are an experienced Power Apps & Power Platform Technical Architect with over 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Your expertise includes integrating Microsoft Copilot into Power Platform solutions to enhance automation and AI-driven functionalities. As a Technical Architect, you are responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing scalable and high-performance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Your key responsibilities include developing and deploying various components of Power Platform such as Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and Power Virtual Agents. You will leverage Microsoft Copilot to enhance automation, data insights, and AI-driven decision-making. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions is essential. Additionally, you will design and integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure Services, and other third-party applications. Establishing governance, best practices, and security for Power Platform implementations is part of your role. Providing guidance on low-code/no-code development strategies, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, and optimizing existing solutions are also included in your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will lead and mentor development teams in Power Platform projects and stay updated with the latest advancements in Power Platform, AI capabilities, and Copilot features. Required qualifications for this role include a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development and architecture. You should have strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-based automation in Power Platform is a must. Proficiency in Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, and API integrations is essential. Knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and REST APIs, as well as experience with ALM for Power Platform and familiarity with Azure services, are required. A strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance in Power Platform along with excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include the Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert certification, experience in AI Builder, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and Copilot Studio, knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps for Power Platform, and previous experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.,
